Anton Likhomanov

Graduated from Faculty of History, Leningrad State University. Defended Candidate of History dissertation on Russian History.
Works in National Library of Russia since 1981 as librarian, head of the department, Deputy Director, Director General.
Author of more than 40 scientific publications, including a book “Tsarist Autocracy Gaining Public Opinion in 1905-1907” (1997) Awarded with Honorary Sign of Ministry of Culture of Russian Federation “For Achievements in Culture” (2000), Order of Merit Second Degree (2006), Honorary Sign of Interpaliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States “For Merit in Development of Culture and Arts” (2014).
